1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Daily Flow ("the Service") at daily.devity.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Daily Flow is operated by Devity ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Devity.
2. Description of Service
Daily Flow is a day-first task management web application that:
- Helps you organize and manage daily tasks
- Automatically carries forward unfinished tasks to the current day
- Maintains a complete history of all your tasks
- Offers optional Google Drive sync for cross-device access (requires subscription)
- Provides guest mode with local storage (free)
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Flow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Abuse the API or exceed rate limits
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3.3 Guest Mode
Guest mode is available free of charge. In guest mode:
- All data is stored locally in your browser
- No account or signup is required
- Data is not synced across devices
- You are responsible for backing up your data
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
Daily Flow offers a monthly subscription plan for Google Drive sync:
- Price: ₹99 per month (9900 paise)
- Billing: Recurring monthly subscription
- Payment: Processed through Razorpay
- Currency: Indian Rupees (INR)
4.2 Subscription Features
With an active subscription, you get:
- Google Drive cloud sync
- Cross-device access to your tasks
- Automatic data backup
- Access to your data from any device
4.3 Payment Terms
By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee monthly in advance
- Authorize Razorpay to charge your payment method
- Keep your payment information up to date
- Pay all applicable taxes
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the period ends
- No refunds for the current billing period
- Your data remains in Google Drive but sync will be disabled
- You can resubscribe at any time
4.5 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@devity.in with your subscription details.
4.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
5. User Accounts and Authentication
5.1 Google Authentication
To use Google Drive sync, you must sign in with Google. By doing so, you:
- Authorize Daily Flow to access your Google account for authentication
- Grant permission to store files in your Google Drive
- Agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your Google account secure
6. Data and Content
6.1 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to your task data. You are solely responsible for:
- The content and accuracy of your tasks
- Backing up your data (especially in guest mode)
- Ensuring your data complies with applicable laws
- Not storing illegal or prohibited content
6.2 Data Storage
Guest Mode: Data is stored locally in your browser. We have no access to this data.
Authenticated Mode: Data is stored in your Google Drive account. We only access files created by Daily Flow, not your entire Drive.
6.3 Data Loss
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss due to browser clearing or device failure (guest mode)
- Data loss due to Google Drive issues or account deletion
- Data corruption or synchronization errors
- Loss of data if you cancel your subscription
We recommend regularly exporting your data using the export feature.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Devity and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks or logos without permission
8. Service Availability and Modifications
8.1 Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the Service will be available at all times
- That errors will be corrected
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
8.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Change features or functionality
- Update these Terms
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
9. Third-Party Services
Daily Flow integrates with third-party services:
- Google: For authentication and Drive storage. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
- Razorpay: For payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service availability or outages
- Third-party service terms or policies
- Data stored on third-party platforms
- Payment processing issues
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹99, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or store
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the Service or API
- Non-payment of subscription fees
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease
- You may export your data before termination
- We may delete your account and data
- Outstanding subscription fees remain due
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Providing notice through the Service when possible
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
